Iron Rich Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- - 1-2 fresh bananas
- - a handful of spinach
- - 2 handfuls of fresh (or frozen) berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or cherries)
- - water
- - Optional: ½ fresh, ripe avocado
Method:
1) Put all ingredients into a blender, with a small amount of water
2) Blend on high for about a minute
3) Check the consistency and blend for longer or add more water if required
4) Serve immediately
